I encountered terrible customer service upon arrival. The check-in process was frustrating as I had to wait excessively for assistance. The staff seemed displeased to help, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere during my stay.

I was just looking for a place to stay after attending a concert in Philadelphia and found this place. It was easy to find and quiet, so I got a good night's sleep, which was exactly what I needed. The standard room with two double beds was perfect for a quick rest before hitting the road again. Plus, it was conveniently located near some interesting spots like the Classic Auto Mall, making it a nice stopover.

Additionally, one of the rooms had a non-functional TV remote, and the bathrooms had safety hazards like missing grab bars.
